How long is a standard rental?
One week is standard and included in the flat price. Need more time? Extensions are billed at a simple weekly rate — just let us know before pickup and we'll adjust the window.
How many crates will I need?
A rough guide: studio 24 crates, one-bedroom 32, two-bedroom 48, three-bedroom 64, and up from there. Our kits are sized to these, and we'll fine-tune the count when you request a quote.
Are the totes clean?
Every crate is wiped down and sanitized between renters. What arrives at your door is clean enough for kitchenware, kids' rooms, and classroom supplies.
Do you offer accounts for businesses?
Yes. Staging companies, offices, and property managers can set up a standing account for recurring crate rotations with priority delivery and monthly billing. Mention it on the contact form and we'll set you up.
What if a crate breaks?
Normal wear is on us. Our commercial-grade totes are built for hundreds of moves, so cracked crates are rare — and we swap any that fail during your rental at no charge.
